| Remote Help | For those of you (or your friends/relatives) who are just learning how to use computers and the internet we offer a service of remote help to remotely support and maintain your PC with you, and to guide, coach and teach you to use the internet, search engines (e.g. Google), and applications like Word, email, etc. |
We do this by working closely with you to establish what you need, then develop it with you, supporting you as long as you need or until you are confident to take over, or have learnt how to do it for yourself.
As freelancers we are able to produce work for you or support you at much lower rates than a web design company or a multimedia agency.
